About us
Buddha Retreats is located only a one hour drive north of Lisbon in a beautifully restored country house surrounded by green hills and close to the rugged beaches of the Portuguese west coast. We offer yoga & surf retreats for all levels, Iyengar yoga retreats and rent out the venue for groups.
Iyengar yoga
Relax and recharge during our Iyengar yoga retreats. Iyengar yoga is a dynamic and physically intensive form of yoga where the focus is on correct alignment of the postures. All of our retreats are suitable for all levels.
Surf
Learn to surf with us at the beautiful beaches of the Portuguese Silvercoast. The coast around Peniche and Baleal offers some of the best conditions to learn to surf due its unique geography and waves all year around.
